Lee Forman is a senior at Temple University studying Sport and Recreation Management. Concentrating in event leadership, Lee hopes to work professionally in the recreation industry and create programs that educate and persuade youth sport participants and their parents to resist specializing in one sport too young. Upon graduation, Lee hopes to use his experience as a sports coordinator at a YMCA to set a foundation for a future in youth sports and recreation. Not wanting to corner himself into one aspect of an industry, Lee would like to start somewhere small where he can learn many aspect of how an organization functions. Industry professionals Lee has spoken with have admitted that wearing many hats is a great way to develop professional while young and getting started.
